Squadron
Commander
The
Squadron Commander serves as a manager to provide guidance and
assistance to the Flight Commanders. They
are more experienced cadets who generally have served previously as
Flight Commanders at encampments and other
larger cadet activities.
The Squadron Commanders report to the Cadet Deputy
Commander.
The
expectation is that the Squadron
Commanders will be involved
in
some of the activity planning from February to April, including
any number of conference calls, in-face meetings, and planning
activities. Squadron
Commanders will assist
their Flight Commanders
in making the contact telephone calls and other related activities in
preparation for the encampment, as well as other duties as
assigned by the Cadet Command staff.
Squadron Commanders are required to attend RST.
