Directions:
Note, there is a significant amount of new construction on the North Tollway, so please plan accordingly.

From the North or South, exit the Tollway at RT 137 EAST.  Take 137 East past the RTC (it will be on your right), and around
the sweeping curve to Sheridan Road and make a Right turn at the light (North).  From there proceed PAST the driveway
(Farragut Road) for the Main Gate to the driveway for the Visitors Center about 100Ft further up. Look for CAP vehicles
or personnel in the rear-ward area of the parking lot.

Participants should be at the Visitor's center by 08:30 am for transport to building 837.  Members who have base stickers on their vehicles
or are familiar with the process for a day-pass on base may go directly to building 837, however please make sure that this process does not
make you late to the training.  We have a full day and need to start promptly at 09:00.

Identification:
All members are required to have their CAP ID(s), as well as civilian photo identification on their person at all times.

Should their be any question by security of your right-of access to the base, respectfully and courteously indicate that there is a Military Support Authorization (MSA)
on file with base security and that your name should be on it.

Uniforms:
The uniform of the day will be BDU's or blue field uniform.  Those without this uniform should wear their nearest appropriate combination or
business casual attire - please look professional as we will be on an active-duty military base.  NO BERETS or BOONIE HATS.
As part of the training, we will point out any uniform issues we see, and if you have any questions, please make a note to bring the item
or question with you to RST.

Military customs and courtesies are strictly adhered to for all personnel, including CAP please make sure you render or return them appropriately and sharply.

Meals:
Breakfast.
A continental breakfast of donuts, bagels, coffee and juice will be served in building 837.

Lunch:
Lunch, from Domino's, of pizza and Chicken Kickers, will be provided.  If this is not to your taste, or you have special dietary needs, please bring your lunch or funds for one of the on-base restaurants (McDonald's, Subway, Taco Bell or Pizza Hut).

In addition to the sessions required by CAPR 52-16 ("Avoiding the Hazing Trap" & "Using Operational Risk Management to Avoid the Hazing Trap") the day will be split into two tracks, senior and cadet.  Please see attached schedule for more information.

See you all on Saturday!
