Flight Sergent

The Flight Sergent works with the basic cadets to assist the Flight Commander with all aspects of manging the
flight.

The Flight Sergents report to the Flight Commanders.

The expectation is that the Flight Sergents will be involved in some of the activity planning from February to April, including
any number of conference calls, in-face meetings, and planning activities.  Flight Sergents will assist their Flight Commander
in making the contact telephone calls and other related activites in preparation for the encampment.

Flight Sergents are required to attend RST.
