First Sergent

The "First Shirt" is responsible for supervising all NCO activities (during an encampment the "NCOs" are the Flight Sergents).
He/She will function as the highest level of the cadet NCO chain of command and will work with the Flight Sergents to
organize and coordinate daily physical training, and any sports or games, as well as other duties as assigned.


The First Sergent reports to the Cadet Commander.

This cadet will be the ideal of disciplne and hard work.  The "First Shirt" will demonstrate excellence in uniform wear,
customs and courtesies, and military bearing.


The expectation is that the First Sergent will be involved in activity planning from mid-January to April, including
any number of conference calls, in-face meetings, and planning activities involving downstream staff.


The encampment fee is waived for the First Sergent.


The First Sergent is required to attend RST.
