Cadet Executive Officer (XO)

Responsible for coordinating the cadet administration, logistics, and public affairs activities of the encampment.

The Cadet Executive Officer reports to the Cadet Commander.

He/She will assign tasks and ensure proper conduct and progress of their staff, as well as work on other duties
assigned by the Cadet Commander.

The expectation is that the Cadet XO will be involved in activity planning from mid-January to April, including
any number of conference calls, in-face meetings, and planning activities involving downstream staff.

The encampment fee is waived for the Cadet Executive Officer.

The Cadet XO is required to attend RST.
