spring),
Grade of C/Capt or higher.
Cadet
Executive Officer:
Two (2) encampments (1 spring), Grade of C/1st Lt or higher.
Cadet First
Sergeant:
Two (2) encampments (1 spring), Grade of C/SmSgt or higher.
Squadron
Commander (including ATS):
Two (2) encampments (1 spring), Grade of C/2d Lt or higher.
Cadet Flight
Commander:
Two (2) encampments (1 Spring), Grade of C/MSGT or higher.
Cadet Flight
Sergeant:
Two (2) Years CAP experience, one encampment (any), Grade of
C/SSGT or higher.

preferences in regards to experience. If you are close to the
above, and feel you have experience
to add to your resume, we encourage
you to apply for the above positions.

Cadet staff members should we not receive enough qualified applicants
to fill
key positions.

Recommendation letters and commander
approvals are not required in the pre-application email.
Encampment staffers will contact unit commanders, etc.,
proactively
as part of the interview process.
